We've prepared fantastic prize sets – up for grabs are our natural, crunchy fish treats and special surprise treats that are sure to bring lots of joy to your pets.

How to take part in the fun? The giveaway is exclusively for our followers! If you're already with us on TikTok, simply go to our latest giveaway video and write in the comments: Why should the fish treats go to you (or your pet)? Our jury will judge creativity, originality, and sense of humor. We are waiting for your entries until the end of the day on June 10th!

TikTok Giveaway Terms and Conditions – Dr Malou

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The organizer of the giveaway (hereinafter referred to as the "Giveaway") is Dr Malou Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Pl. Kaszubski 8 lok. 311, 81-350 Gdynia, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0001130043, NIP: 5862410359, REGON: 529813720, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer."

2. The Giveaway takes place via the TikTok platform on the Organizer's official profile: @dr.malou.naturalnie.

3. The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok. TikTok is fully released from liability by each participant of the Giveaway.

4. Participation in the Giveaway is voluntary and free of charge.

§ 2. Conditions of Participation

1. The Giveaway is open to natural persons who:

   • Are at least 18 years old (minors may participate with the consent of a legal guardian).

   • Have an active and public TikTok account.

   • Provide a shipping address for the prize located exclusively within the territory of Poland.

2. To participate in the Giveaway, the following steps must be completed collectively:

   • Become a follower (Follow) of the @dr.malou.naturalnie profile on the TikTok platform.

   • Post a comment under the giveaway video, in which the participant answers the giveaway task: "Why should the fish treats go to you (or your pet)?".

§ 3. Duration of the Giveaway

1. The Giveaway begins at the moment the giveaway video is published.

2. Entries can be submitted until June 10, 2026 at 23:59.

§ 4. Prizes

1. The Giveaway includes 3 grand prizes.

2. The prize for each Winner is a set of products from Dr Malou, consisting of:

   • A pack of fish treats,

   • Freeze-dried lollipops.

   • Selected treats 

3. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other products.

4. Shipping of prizes is only possible within the territory of the Republic of Poland. Shipping costs are covered by the Organizer. If a Winner provides a foreign address, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another person.

§ 5. Selection of Winners and Announcement of Results

1. Winners will be selected by a jury appointed by the Organizer.

2. When choosing winners, the jury will be guided by the creativity, originality, and humor of the posted comment.

3. The results of the Giveaway will be announced by June 14, 2026 in the form of a comment under the giveaway video and by the Organizer tagging the Winners.

4. The Winner is required to contact the Organizer via private message on the TikTok platform or via email: dominika.frycka@drmalou.pl within 3 days of the announcement of the results to provide shipping details for the prize within Poland.

5. In the event of no contact from the Winner within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right to select another Winner.

§ 6. Personal Data (GDPR)

1. The administrator of the personal data of the Giveaway participants is the Organizer (Dr Malou Sp. z o.o.).

2. The personal data of the Winners (name, surname, correspondence address in Poland, telephone number) will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the Giveaway and shipping the prizes, in accordance with applicable law, including GDPR.

3. The participant has the right to access their data, correct it, and request its deletion.

§ 7. Final Provisions

1. By participating in the Giveaway, the participant accepts the rules of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions, provided that this does not worsen the conditions of participation.

3. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
