Shipping policy
§ 1. Delivery Costs
1.1. The cost of delivery depends on the chosen method and carrier and is calculated automatically when placing an order.
1.2. Standard delivery options include:
- Courier – 14.99 PLN
- InPost Parcel Locker – 12.99 PLN
- Personal Pickup – free (available after prior contact)
1.3. For orders over 149 PLN, we offer free delivery within Poland.
§ 2. Order Processing Time
2.1. Orders placed on business days by 3:00 PM are processed within 1-2 business days.
2.2. Delivery time depends on the chosen method:
- Courier – 1-2 business days
- InPost Parcel Locker – 1-3 business days
2.3. Deliveries are made only on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
