RETURNS

Dr Malou Sp. z o.o. cares about customer satisfaction, which is why we allow returns of purchased products and accept complaint submissions.

§ 1. Returns

1.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods without providing a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery.

1.3. The customer bears the cost of return shipping.

1.5. The product should be returned in an intact condition, along with its original packaging and all accessories.

1.6. A refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment we receive and accept the return. The refund will be made to the bank account used for the payment, unless otherwise agreed.

§ 2. Complaints

2.1. If the purchased product is defective, the customer has the right to file a complaint.

2.2. Complaints can be submitted by sending a description of the defect and proof of purchase to the email address: bok@drmalou.pl

2.3. Upon receiving the submission, we will contact the customer within 14 calendar days to determine the next steps.

2.4. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair or replace the defective product with a new one or, if that is not possible, we will issue a refund.
