Rules of the "Your Pet" competition

§1. General provisions

  1. The organiser of the competition is SMARTY LIFE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ , with its registered office at Pl. Kaszubski 8/311, 81-350 Gdynia, Poland, NIP: 5862410359, hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser".

  2. The competition is conducted on the Organizer's profiles on Facebook and Instagram .

  3. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are released from all liability by each entrant.

  1. The Competition Rules are available in the competition post and on the Organizer’s website https://drmalou.com/ .

§2. Participants

  1. The Competition is open only to natural persons who:

    1. are over 18 years old,

    2. have an active account on Facebook or Instagram,

    3. reside in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

  2. The Organizer's employees and their family members may not participate in the Competition.

  3. The participant may add any number of comments , each of which will be a separate entry.


§3. Competition Rules

  1. To participate in the Competition, you must, between August 12, 2025 and September 1, 2025 :

    1. In the comments below the contest post, post an anecdote about your pet – it can be a story, a poem, a funny description, song lyrics, or other creative submission.

    2. [optional] You can share the competition post in your story or like the Organizer's profile – this is not a condition for participation.

  2. Entries containing vulgar, offensive content, or content that infringes copyright or personal rights of third parties will be removed and participants will be excluded from the Competition.

§4. Selection of winners and prizes

  1. From among all valid entries, the competition jury appointed by the Organizer will select 2 winners , guided by creativity, originality and humor.

  2. The prize in the Competition is a basket of Dr Malou treats for each winner.

  3. The results of the Competition will be announced in a comment under the competition post and in a report on the Organizer's profile by September 5, 2025.

  4. Winners must provide the Organizer with the information needed to ship their prize within 5 days of the announcement of the results. Failure to contact the Organizer within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize.

  5. The prize will be sent to an address in Poland within 14 days of receiving the winner's details.

  6. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other valuables.

§5. Liability

  1. The participant declares that he or she is the author of the competition entry and holds full copyright to it.

  2. The Participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the entry for promotional purposes related to the Competition, without time or territorial restrictions.

§6. Personal data

  1. The administrator of the personal data of the Competition participants is Dr Malou .

  2. The data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Competition, selecting the winners, delivering the prizes and fulfilling tax obligations (if applicable).

  3. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above purposes.

  4. The participant has the right to access his/her data, rectify it, delete it, limit its processing and object.

  5. Detailed information on data processing can be found in the Organizer's privacy policy.

§7. Final provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations during the Competition, provided that this does not violate the acquired rights of participants.

  2. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

  3. Any questions regarding the Competition can be sent in a private message on the Organizer's profiles.
