STORE REGULATIONS

§ 1. General provisions

1.1. The drmalou.com online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Store", is run by Smartylife Sp. z o. o., entered into the register of entrepreneurs by the District Court under the KRS number 0001130043, with its registered office in Gdynia (PL. Kaszubski 8 / 311, 81-350 Gdynia), Tax Identification Number (NIP) 5862410359, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

1.2. The Seller offers products presented on the Store's website, hereinafter referred to as "Goods", under the terms set out in these Regulations.

1.3. The Terms and Conditions are available prior to concluding the contract via the "Terms and Conditions" tab on the website's home page, where the Customer can download and print them. At the Customer's request, the Terms and Conditions can be made available in a manner enabling their acquisition, reproduction, and recording.

1.4. "Customer" is a natural person with full or limited legal capacity, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality who places an order or registers an account in the Store.

§ 2. Making purchases

2.1. The drmalou.com online store is open 24 hours a day, orders are processed on business days (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), except for holidays.

2.2. Placing an order is possible with or without a user account.

2.3. To place an order, the Customer:

  • selects a product and adds it to the cart;

  • chooses the delivery and payment method;

  • accepts the Regulations and confirms the order by clicking the "Order and pay" button.

2.4. After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the order, which constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract.

§ 3. Delivery of goods

3.1. Delivery is made according to the method chosen by the Customer, with the costs indicated when placing the order.

3.2. The shipping time is 1 to 3 business days from receipt of payment.

3.3. The customer has the right to refuse to accept a damaged shipment and draw up a report with the delivery person.

§ 4. Payments

4.1. Prices of Goods are given in PLN, include VAT and do not include delivery costs.

4.2. The customer can pay using the methods indicated in the "Payments" tab.

§ 5. Right of withdrawal

5.1. A Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the Goods by submitting a declaration by e-mail or telephone.

5.2. The Customer is obliged to return the Goods to the Store's address, and the Seller will refund all costs associated with the order.

If the shipment is returned to the sender due to failure to collect it by the Customer, the refund will only cover the value of the returned Goods, less the delivery costs incurred by the Seller.

5.3. In the event of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract, the goods should be returned to the following address: Panattoni Park Rumia

§ 6. Complaints

6.1. Complaints can be submitted by email or telephone. Contact details, a description of the defect, and your order number are required.

6.2. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days.

6.3. In the event of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract, the goods should be returned to the following address: Panattoni Park Rumia

§ 7. Protection of personal data

7.1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is Smartylife Sp. z o. o., based in Gdynia.

7.2. Customer data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§ 8. Final provisions

8.1. Any disputes between the Seller and the Customer who is a consumer shall be resolved by the competent courts in accordance with the provisions of law.

8.2. These Regulations may be changed, and changes will be published on the Store's website.

§ 9. Returns of unclaimed shipments

9.1. In the event of a shipment being returned to the sender due to failure to collect it by the Customer (e.g. after the collection deadline at the point), the Seller will refund only the value of the Goods, less the delivery costs incurred in connection with the execution of the order.

9.2. The refund will be made to the Customer's bank account within 14 business days of receiving the returned shipment.
