Smartylife Sp. z o. o. cares about customer satisfaction, which is why we allow the return of purchased products and accept complaints.
§ 1. Returns
1.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased goods without giving any reason within the time limit 14 days from the date of delivery of the shipment.
1.2. To exercise your right to a refund, please:
- Completing the return form (available on the website),
- Send it by email to: bok@drmalou.pl
1.3. The customer bears the costs of return shipping.

1.5. Goods must be returned intact, with original packaging and all accessories.
1.6. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the moment the return is received and accepted. Refunds will be made to the bank account used for payment, unless otherwise agreed.
§ 2. Complaints
2.1. If the purchased product has defects, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
2.2. Complaints can be submitted by sending a description of the defect and proof of purchase to the following email address: bok@drmalou.pl
2.3. After receiving the notification, we will contact the Client within 14 calendar days to determine next steps.
2.4. If the complaint is accepted, we will repair or replace the defective product with a new one or, if this is not possible, we will refund the money.
